What is the purpose of the Mahashivratri Meditation Night?
The Mahashivratri Meditation Night is a spiritual gathering designed to harness the powerful energy of this sacred night. Through guided meditations and chants, participants can experience deep inner peace, emotional cleansing, and heightened spiritual awareness.
Do I need prior meditation experience to participate?
No prior meditation experience is necessary. Our event is designed to accommodate both beginners and seasoned practitioners. Guided sessions will be provided to help everyone engage comfortably in the meditation practices.
We recommend staying for the entire night to experience the full spiritual journey and benefits of the meditation. However, if someone wishes to leave, they may do so at the end of a session to ensure minimal disruption to others.
What should I bring to the meditation night?
You may bring a comfortable cushion if you wish, we will have mattresses/chairs to sit on during the meditation sessions. Additionally, you may want to carry a light shawl or blanket, as temperatures can vary throughout the night.
How long will the meditation session last? will there be any breaks ?
There will be 4 session of 90 minutes each throughout the night, followed by a 30 minute relaxation and refreshment break, Tea, coffee & fruits will be served at the venue during these breaks.
The event will take place in person as well as online. For People joining us in person, the Venue would be 'Shree Radha Krishna temple', Ranjit Avenue, opposite Police Station.
